San Felipe Pueblo Daily Schedule Information

School Hours

Regular day school hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The early release schedule is from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Students should not be dropped off earlier than 8:00 a.m. or remain on campus later than 3:15 p.m. unless they are participating in a school-sponsored, supervised activity.

Daily Schedule

Monday: 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. (Afternoons dedicated to work and Professional Development)

Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Daily Routine

8:00 a.m.: Students arrive at school

8:15 a.m.: Classes begin

10:45 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.: Lunch sessions

3:00 p.m.: K-8th students dismissed

Weather-Related Schedule Changes

In case of bad weather:

• Morning buses will run two hours later.
• School will begin at 10:00 a.m.
• Breakfast will not be served.

Emergency Early Dismissal

In the event of an emergency requiring an early dismissal:

• Buses will transport children home.
• School personnel will attempt to contact parents by phone.
• Please notify the school immediately of any changes to your contact information.

School Delays, Cancellations and Closures

• School administration will decide on any school closures or delays.
• The Administration will notify the Transportation Department no later than 6:00 a.m. of the closure or delay.
• The administration will also contact local television/radio stations to make general announcements.
• Parents will be notified by One Call.
• It is the parent’s responsibility to keep contact information current with the office.
